3.3 KYC Verification. pk939 is required to verify the identity of all users. You must provide valid government-issued identity documentation upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may result in account closure.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk939 login credentials. You must notify pk939 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pk939 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.5 Account Currency. pk939 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default unless otherwise specified at the time of registration.

4.5 Minimum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the account funding section and are subject to change. pk939 is not responsible for declined transactions due to payment provider restrictions.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses issued by pk939 are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
5.2 Bonus Abuse. pk939 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Indicators of abuse include, without limitation: placing opposite or low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players.
5.3 Promotion Eligibility. pk939 reserves the right to limit the eligibility of specific users or geographic locations for particular promotions. Promotions are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
6.1 Binding Bets. Once confirmed, bets placed on the pk939 platform are binding and may not be cancelled or reversed by the User except where pk939's specific game or market rules expressly permit cancellation.
6.2 Obvious Errors. pk939 reserves the right to void bets that were placed due to obvious pricing errors, system errors, or data feed failures. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's account.

10.1 The pk939 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk939 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk939 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, payment processing delays, or technical failures.
10.3 pk939's aggregate liability to any individual user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
